We appreciate that choosing a new Home for a loved one can be very confusing and we will do our best to assist you at all times. Our Administration Office is based at Cecil Jones House, 50 Avenue Road, Westcliff-on-Sea telephone 01702-345969 between 9am -5pm on Monday through to Friday and we are available to discuss any queries you may have, especially with regard to finances.

FINANCE:

Of course, everybody's financial circumstances are different. We have regular contact with Social Services which enables us to obtain accurate information and advice, thus in turn explain these matters to you clearly. In addition to taking Residents on private contracts we take Residents under Contract from Social Services, and we attempt to ensure fees are always kept near to State Funding Levels. Our fees include all meals, drinks (tea, coffee, squash etc.), laundry (including personal). The necessary forms to be completed can be confusing to the best of us, and should you require our help do not hesitate to contact us.

SERVICES:

Special diets are catered for. Hairdressing, chiropody, therapy, optician and dental services are all provided, however there may be an additional charge. As a charitable organisation our homes are run for the benefit of the residents, not for profit.
