Our Management Teams are chosen not only for their management ability, sympathetic and caring approach, but also to be able to offer leadership, tact and diplomacy. There is an established Communications and Complaints Procedure to enable Residents or their relatives to draw to our attention any ways in which our service might be improved. Should you wish to visit any of our homes we would be delighted to meet you and show you around. We welcome any person considering moving to a Residential Home to spend the day with us to get the feel of the home and meet the staff. |
